For Christmas or New Years Dinner – A T-Meadow Pure GOS Boneless Butt-Roast

A Boneless Boston Butt Roast, tied, with skin on. These are so delicious! We like to cook them at 400 degrees for ten minutes, then turn temperature down to 300, and cook until the meat reaches 155 degrees. We then let it rest for 15 minutes before carving. They are great fresh, or try one soaked in our brine recipe for 24 hours, then roast as above.
